Rental Agreement

Once we receive the above form we will contact you to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form to pay for the rental. 

JERAVAE DRESS RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Dress Rental Agreement is made between JERAVAE Dancewear and the Renter. By renting or trying on a dress, the Renter agrees to the following terms:

1. RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period begins on the date the dress is delivered (per tracking) and lasts four (4) calendar days. Additional days are $15/day if requested before the rental begins; otherwise, late fees apply.

2. TRY-ON SERVICE
Try-on dresses are $50 per dress for a 2-day period, plus shipping. Try-on dresses must be
postmarked back within 2 days of delivery. The $50 try-on fee will be credited toward the rental of any dress the Renter chooses to rent.

3. SHIPPING TO RENTER
All shipments require a signature. If undelivered, the Renter must pick up the package within 2 days. If refused or unclaimed, the Renter will be charged shipping costs plus $10/day until returned.

4. RETURN SHIPPING
The Renter pays all return shipping. Dresses must be postmarked by the final rental day and include signature confirmation and full-value insurance. Failure to return will result in being charged the full retail value.

5. LATE FEES
Returns postmarked after the due date incur $30/day beginning on the 5th day of the rental period.

6. FAILURE TO RETURN
If the dress is not returned within 10 days, the full retail price will be charged.

7. OPTION TO PURCHASE
If the Renter purchases the dress: During rental, the full rental fee applies to the purchase price. After return, 50% of the rental fee applies.

8. ALTERATIONS & DAMAGES
Dresses must be returned in original condition. Alterations must be undone. Damage including rips, tears, stains, odors, missing stones, or tanning stains—will result in repair or replacement charges.

9. TANNING PRODUCTS
Staining tanning products are prohibited. Tanning stains may incur charges up to the full retail value.

10. DRY CLEANING
Dry cleaning is included unless special stain removal or repair is required.

11. DRESS ETIQUETTE
Renter agrees to wear proper undergarments, complete spray tanning 24 hours prior with a full shower, avoid snag-prone jewelry, and remove the dress promptly after the event.

12. DISCLAIMER
JERAVAE is not responsible for wardrobe malfunctions or damages arising from dress use. Dresses are rented as-is.

13. AGE REQUIREMENT
The Renter must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to rent or try on a dress.
