FAQ: Shipping and Returns


Items that are in stock will ship from our workshop in Las Vegas within 3 business days.    Custom ballroom and Latin dresses will be produced within the time frame specified at time of purchase.  Each dress is different, and may require different production times.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the production time of your custom dress. 

If you purchased practice wear or shoes and the item(s) are not in stock, they will need to be ordered from the manufacturer.  This can sometimes take as long as two weeks or more. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us to discuss delivery times for specific items, BEFORE making your purchase. Rush orders are almost always possible with upgraded shipping. Once we receive your item from the manufacturer, it will be inspected for quality and shipped to you. 

Shipping outside of the US:

If you need your order shipped to a country outside of the USA, the option is available during checkout.  Just choose your country and the shipping price will populate. We use Fed Ex International Priority for all international shipments.  Most shipments take 3-4 business days to be delivered once they have left our facilities.  The current shipping fee for international shipments is $55 USD.

Return policy:

We want you to love your JERAVAE International purchase with all you heart, but if you feel you can't use the item(s) you received, we do have procedures for easy returns and exchanges. Listed below are the instructions and stipulations of each type of item.

Ballroom Costumes (this includes anything with stones, AND Men's wear)

  • All costumes must be postmarked within 2 days of delivery of each item.  There will be absolutely no exceptions to this stipulation.
  • Items must be in new condition and unworn. 
  • All tags must still be attached and not damaged. 
  • Any costumes that have been worn, are damaged or have tan stains will be immediately returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Once your package has been delivered back to JERAVAE International, we will inspect your costume and process your refund/exchange (Note: Because the return process is so urgent for costumes and men's wear, you do not need to fill out an RMA form before sending the item(s) back). You can contact customer service once it's on its way to let us know you are returning it. 

Practice wear and shoes; including dresses, tops, skirts and ladies pants:

    • RMA form: any return or exchange of practice wear, shoes or any other non-costume item must be accompanied by an approved RMA form. If we receive an item for return or exchange without and approved RMA number, your item(s) will be immediately returned and no refund or exchange will be given.  The RMA form can be found below.
    • All items must be postmarked within 15 days of SHIPMENT of each item (not delivery).
    • Items must be in new condition and unworn. 
    • All tags must still be attached and not damaged. 
    • Any item that has been worn, damaged has tan stains, will be immediately returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
    • Any item that has been altered or adjusted in anyway will not be accepted for return/exchange.
    • Shoes that have any visible wear on the soles will not be accepted for return. It only takes one step on the dance floor to alter the sole, so please make sure your shoes fit before walking or dancing in them. 
    • Returned items will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.  The restocking fee is waived for items that are exchanged.  Both shipping charges will still apply if applicable.
