Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Jeravae purchase. However, if you are unable to use an item you received, we offer a return and exchange process under the conditions outlined below.
Please review this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:
• The return request has been approved and issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
• The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered
• All original tags are attached and undamaged
• The item is postmarked within 15 days of delivery date.
Items returned without an approved RMA number will be refused. To have item returned customer must pay shipping.
Do not ship any return items until your RMA has been approved.
Condition Requirements
All returned merchandise must be in new condition.
Items will not be accepted if they show any of the following:
• Signs of wear
• Alterations or adjustments
• Damage
• Makeup, deodorant, tanning product, or other stains
• Missing or damaged tags
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale or clearance items
• Items purchased as exchanges
• Rhinestones, jewelry, fishnets/tights, undergarments, makeup, or tanning products
• Custom items or special orders
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Jeravae does not provide prepaid return labels.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Policy Enforcement
Jeravae reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refunds & Restocking Fee
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus:
• A 15% restocking fee
• Original shipping charges
For exchanges, the 15% restocking fee applies to any remaining price difference between items. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Costume Rentals

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before payment has been processed.
Once payment has been processed, the order is considered confirmed.
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after placement are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee.
